    "Horrible place "

    Paid around 13k for a night but realized that I could have easily found better options in this price range. First and foremost the approach to this place is absolute garbage, and I mean that literally. The parking area is a poorly maintained place with tons of garbage greeting you the moment you step out of the car. At night this area has absolutely no light, making it rather creepy with all that garbage, rodents and random men lingering around the area. Overlooking this issue, we went on to the property only to be disappointed further. The beachfront directly in front of the property is in a poor condition with no maintenance whatsoever. It had litter all over the beach and we did not want to spend more than a minute there. The rooms are also poorly designed and there is absolutely no sense of privacy. The bath tubs are placed outside the rooms on the deck, which means that all the guests staying there along with the staff can openly see you if you decide to use the tub. The flooring in the room was sticky and dirty, forcing us to use slippers within the room. Our stay supposedly included breakfast, but we were not even offered breakfast when we woke up the next day. When we voluntarily walked to the dining area just to check it out, we realized that the place had a foul sewage smell and looked extremely rundown. Stay away from this place if you have a basic set of standards for hygiene and quality.

    "Too expensive for lack of amenities "

    The property is decent, food and location is nice. The downside is the amenities. One can get a 5* property with better amenities in Goa. Beach front is a shared one. The property wasn’t so clean. The AC broke down in the night and couldn’t be repaired.

    "Brilliant location and service "

    We stay at Ark comfort with our kids. Very nice location in front of the sea. The staff is really friendly and welcoming specially Abishek and Chandru. Food is really tasty as well as the great staff

    Breakfast and restaurant could be better, more creative and higher end to reflect higher end lovely accomodation. Much better breakfast along the beach in places like Art House. Coffee wasn\'t great and could be nicer fruit options. Sometimes felt a bit sold to in breakfast, all nice and polite but just wanted to relax.

    "Wonderful Stay at Ark Comforts"

    We stayed in Kindness for 10 days and Ark Comforts was outstanding. The staff were amazing, the room was lovely, the beach was beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

    "Great Stay. "

    The Ark Comforts: This place is incredible, but I’m a bit torn with this review. We narrowed down 50 hotels down to one, and we chose ‘The Ark Comforts’. We are so pleased we did. It is located in the most perfect spot on Palolem beach, tucked away in a cove with a private beach setting. ‘The Ark Comforts’ has customers come and stay as short as 1 night just to experience what they have here, a special place, vibe and ambience. What you pay for is the view. The view is breathtaking. You wake up in paradise. I literally can’t describe it any other way. The rooms are very well equipped with pretty much everything you need, as expected. A good size depending on which ‘comfort’ you book. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with all toiletries supplied. The staff here work super hard, long hours. Super friendly and willing to do anything for you. They keep the area nice, neat clean and tidy making the experience more enjoyable. The restaurant has a good variety of food on their menu at reasonable prices too. Happy hour is great from 3pm to 6pm. ‘The Ark Comforts’ has a complete package to enjoy your stay in Goa. I would say probably the best place to stay in Palolem, however all the above comes with a big BUT… We stayed in 3 Hotels in 2 weeks all 5 star. Would I constitute ‘The Ark Comforts’ as 5 star? No, unfortunately. What they could do better? - When we arrived there was no one to check us in. It was all dark, lights off and no one to welcome us. 5 star hotels have 24 Hour receptions. We then had to find someone to check us in. - The Security Gentleman helped us out, let us into our room and we checked in the next day. - Breakfast is limited, very limited. The Juice on offer is not cold. I had to ask for ice everyday. The Cereal is stale. The options are not what you expect for 5 star hotels. - I made all 3 hotels we stayed at aware it was our Anniversary. The first 2 hotels, decorated our room, gave us a cake and drinks on the house. ‘The Ark Comforts’ offered a cake at 4000 IDR, personally very over priced. I was given 2 different prices for a Anniversary set-up, first was 6000, then 8000. I was highly disappointed that the prices changed. After considering the menu and seeing the setup in person, again I found this very over priced and cancelled. No where in our stay was our Anniversary acknowledged. Sadly. - We were offered a boat session at 8000 IDR. A nice looking boat but when you consider a traditional boat takes you out on the same waters and shows you the same thing for only 2000IDR, again, it’s very over priced. This boat moved twice in 5 days. - Happy hour is a great feature. If staff walked on the beach to customers, they would take a few more orders - This is 5 star service, not having to go and make your order. - Lastly the catering manager is great. A fantastic worker with great ideas. He needs to be listened to as to how to enhance the ‘The Ark Comforts’. - The Ark comforts has so much potential but no one seems to be stretching these to enhance the stay. - Don’t be surprised whilst having a shower if the electric and lights cut out, leaving you in the dark possibly covered in shower Gel and Shampoo. Apparently a generator is supplied but just not quick enough for a 5 star, I’m afraid. A fantastic stay. A memorable experience, but not 5 star. Would I stay again, 100%. When you book this place consider that you are paying for the location and view as opposed to service and amenities. Thank you to the Ark Comforts for a wonderful stay.

    I loved my 3 night stay at The Ark Comforts. My kids had an amazing time too. Having the silent and peaceful beach just steps away was the best part. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful to help us make the most out of our stay.

    "David and Karen Stay"

    I think it important to give detailed feedback so you can improve. It is a fine hotel with nice staff. We however stayed in a basic room - Gratitude and thought it very over-priced for the quality of comparable in Palolem. we have stayed in superior accommiodation in Palolem before. It was definitely not luxury as promised so we were quite disappointed. Specific items are: 1. Breakfast choice and quality very poor. No-one anywhere in the world has a chicken or veg sandwich for breakfast. Fruit offering weak. Hot items in buffet very weak. We didn\'t bother with it most days which was a shame as the beach view is fabulous. 2. Entertainment on Friday night was shocking! The music was of a really low standard. We had to leave. 3. The walls of the bedroom were very thin - you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and the kitchen. We were repeatedly disturbed and had to complain once. 4. Front door lock on room needs changing. 5. Patio door can just be opened by anyone as the RHS door is nor secured. 6. Dirty/rusty bath on the balcony is an eyesore. 7. When we left you had no showers or even a room to change in, only a dirty washroom with smelly urinal. We went to a bar on Palolem beach where they helped us with no problem. 8. Water pressure on the tap in the bedroom non existent. We had to brush teeth with bottled water and wash hands in the shower. 9. Route to Palolem beach can be dangerous. We had to buy a torch.

    Breakfast buffet was good but could definitely be improved (more variety of bread for example, some fresh cut vegetables like tomato, cucumber), cheese... Water filter somewhere to go and refill water bottle would be nice Sign at the beach to not use stairs of the cottages... People kept walking through our veranda from the beach.

    "Perfect location but overrated"

    Location very charming but the same price as Grand Hyatt Goa. Food is very poor, breakfast very poor, fan in the room very dirty and the airco is smelling unhealthy. The keysystem isn’t safe.

    The man at the frontdesk advised to book a taxi at 8 am for a flight at 1530 h from Dabolim. I think to clean the room when he wants. I didn’t accept and choose my own safe time at 10.30 and was there also 3,5 hours before the flight. It was an insane advise

    "FABULOUS STAY"

    we had 8 nights here , the room was lovely and the bathroom great , plenty of hot water and a great shower. The access to the main beach was fine?, shirt walk over the rocks or a tuk tuk rise that cost £2 . The staff made the experience, they were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Lovely people all of them . The two receptionist went a bive and beyond and always had a smile and poaative attitude. Thanks you x

    "Fabulous stay - great location on a beautiful beach "

    We stayed in the happiness chalet with a jacuzzi on the veranda it was amazing! Woke up every morning to a lovely sea view from the bed. The pool is right outside with a couple of steps down to the beach. Very helpful friendly staff & lovely food in the restaurant. Omelette with everything in for breakfast was delicious & Chicken Xacuti was tasty too. Palolem beach is just up the steps over the rocks and patnem is a 10 min walk through the paths so really handy for both. The beach is a lovely sandy cove with massive rocks and palm trees. I would love to go back!

    "Spoiled christmas holiday "

    Myself and all family including our 1 year old son got very serious stomach infection. We are still recovering from it after one week we left your place. All are taking course of serious medications with antibiotics. You should make thorough investigation of your place and restaurant.

    "Room with sea view "

    Our stay at the Ark Comfort was perfect. The room the staff the food and the location were exceptional! The beach is quiet and secluded from the busy Palolem beach! I highly recommend staying at Ark Comfort and also try some of Noah’s Barco sea adventures operated by the Ark Comfort

    The location was amazing, the cleanliness was top notch, Staff were super nice and super helpful, beautiful view and very safe environment. Perfect for a pet or a family with young kids. The food was just amazing, hats off to the chef(s).

    Rooms: Super clean, bathroom were was super clean, jacuzzi was well maintained. Restaurant: Beautiful view, Super delicious food, Fresh and clean. Staff: Every one, I kid you not, everyone literally were just super nice and helpful. It takes an amazing team to actually work together like that. Something is really working well in that place and its appreciated. Amminities: The rooms were loaded with enough tea and coffee options, few complimentary snacks and drinks, toiletries and clean towels. Safely: We travelled with our super active 4 year old and it felt safe enough for us to monitor him from the couch outside the room while he was playing on the beach. Im sure its the same for pets too.
    Minor things that could improve: - The one really off looking cottage next to the beautiful cottages is like an eye sore. - More fans in the restaurant. - A rain shield in front of the porch as its difficult to sit on the couch if it rains.(for happiness suite)

    "Beautiful, small hotel directly at the beach"

    Small hotel with nice garden area around the cottages and beautiful rooms. Located directly at a small beach with only few people, you can enjoy a lot of privacy and incredible sunset views. The hotel restaurant (and room service) offers really good indian and international food, which is served by very friendly staff. I can highly recommend the cocktails there. We had 6 very nice days there and would definitely book it again and recommend the hotels to our friends.

    We had booked Ark through online research/ pics and reviews. Had no idea what to expect. But the whole place along with their staff made this a great vacation for us.

    We were 3 families with kids. Location: the place is literally on a private beach access and is very enjoyable. We have stayed at many locations in and around Goa this is hands down the best in terms of location. People: the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They are very friendly and take care of everything seamlessly. They have laundry service and cleaned our room every day. The pool is clean and is facing the ocean. Food: the in house restaurant is just an amazing option. It has tons of options and the service is great with great views. The breakfast was complimentary and was very good. Roshan and Saurav at the restaurant went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The best part of staying here is that you don’t need to step out of the property for anything.

    We stayed with 2 teenage children . The property is located at Southend of panolem beach overlooking a small secluded private like beach . The rooms are very comfortable, originally we checked into room Hope , it is right on beach and has amazing view . Due to some fan trouble we got upgraded to room destiny it’s on first floor not exactly on beach but enormous room with separate living area and two bathrooms Both rooms have very modern interiors , comfortable beds , clean, comes with jacuzzi, all toiletries , air conditioning , massage chair .

    Location, private beach dealing, sea facing restaurants and reasonable quality food , very friendly staff esp manager Jez and chef Roshan . Breakfast is not buffet but you can order multiple things from available options,
    Only thing I can say is internet quality is not great and it takes about an hour and half from airport to reach

    We couldn't have asked for a better setting, the hotel has it's own private beach which all the rooms point towards, so waking up to the ocean waves crashing in front of your bedroom, is beautiful!! The staff were brilliant, all super helpful and friendly. Palolem beach is a 2 min walk over some steps, and you have a variety of shops, restaurants and a 1.5km beautiful beach. The place is amazing having an exquisite location, small but creative interior decors, wonderful colour schemes and attention to detail of the chalet. Extremely cooperative staff, willing to help at all times. The restaurant is good with a sumptuous breakfast menu and nice preparation. The restaurant has a sea facing view and comfortable seating arrangements. The restaurant only lacks some live music and other attractions available nearby.     What can I say, the place, people and property, they're all stunning. The Ark Resort really is a little hideaway, situated in a small bay next to the busier Palolem beach, it provides a quieter location for a stay on the beach, with a restaurant closer to the sea than you will get locally.     Hi we stayed in the room love. Love the ambience and views from the room. Listening to sound of the waves while lying from the bed was like meditation I like the fact that the property is built in an eco friendly manner without much use of concrete. The vegetarian food was delicious. Only discomfort was that both veg and non veg were prepared in the same kitchen. Than you to yhe reservation staff we had earlier booked for Dec 2022 and due a death in the family we could not travel. Thanks for accommodating for a next date without canceling our booking . The staff was very warm and courteous. Special mention to T sorry don't remember her full name and Roshan and Swarupa. Best wishes to the team and I look forward to visit again

    "Amazing space "

    "The real paradise.. beautiful place to stay"

    A beautiful stay and well maintained rooms. We booked Kindness and Hope a month before. But the disappointment is, we were told that rooms were occupied by the time we reached and offered us faith and affection. We got our rooms at 530pm in the evening with no power for next 45 minutes.

    Friendly and warm staff, awesome Location, Maintenance, Infinity pool, Jacuzzi, access to the beach, kid friendly, breakfast service
    Front office manager (male): Can be more professional in terms of commitment and tone. It was Hotel's mistake in not allocating the booked rooms. Food: This is a beautiful location and a very cordial staff. In-house food/restaurant can be more advantageous for guest instead of ordering food from outside or restricting to very limited Chinese menu that's served for dinner.

    "Horrible place "

    Paid around 13k for a night but realized that I could have easily found better options in this price range. First and foremost the approach to this place is absolute garbage, and I mean that literally. The parking area is a poorly maintained place with tons of garbage greeting you the moment you step out of the car. At night this area has absolutely no light, making it rather creepy with all that garbage, rodents and random men lingering around the area. Overlooking this issue, we went on to the property only to be disappointed further. The beachfront directly in front of the property is in a poor condition with no maintenance whatsoever. It had litter all over the beach and we did not want to spend more than a minute there. The rooms are also poorly designed and there is absolutely no sense of privacy. The bath tubs are placed outside the rooms on the deck, which means that all the guests staying there along with the staff can openly see you if you decide to use the tub. The flooring in the room was sticky and dirty, forcing us to use slippers within the room. Our stay supposedly included breakfast, but we were not even offered breakfast when we woke up the next day. When we voluntarily walked to the dining area just to check it out, we realized that the place had a foul sewage smell and looked extremely rundown. Stay away from this place if you have a basic set of standards for hygiene and quality.

    "Too expensive for lack of amenities "

    The property is decent, food and location is nice. The downside is the amenities. One can get a 5* property with better amenities in Goa. Beach front is a shared one. The property wasn’t so clean. The AC broke down in the night and couldn’t be repaired.

    We stay at Ark comfort with our kids. Very nice location in front of the sea. The staff is really friendly and welcoming specially Abishek and Chandru. Food is really tasty as well as the great staff

    Breakfast and restaurant could be better, more creative and higher end to reflect higher end lovely accomodation. Much better breakfast along the beach in places like Art House. Coffee wasn\'t great and could be nicer fruit options. Sometimes felt a bit sold to in breakfast, all nice and polite but just wanted to relax.

    "Great Stay. "

    The Ark Comforts: This place is incredible, but I’m a bit torn with this review. We narrowed down 50 hotels down to one, and we chose ‘The Ark Comforts’. We are so pleased we did. It is located in the most perfect spot on Palolem beach, tucked away in a cove with a private beach setting. ‘The Ark Comforts’ has customers come and stay as short as 1 night just to experience what they have here, a special place, vibe and ambience. What you pay for is the view. The view is breathtaking. You wake up in paradise. I literally can’t describe it any other way. The rooms are very well equipped with pretty much everything you need, as expected. A good size depending on which ‘comfort’ you book. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with all toiletries supplied. The staff here work super hard, long hours. Super friendly and willing to do anything for you. They keep the area nice, neat clean and tidy making the experience more enjoyable. The restaurant has a good variety of food on their menu at reasonable prices too. Happy hour is great from 3pm to 6pm. ‘The Ark Comforts’ has a complete package to enjoy your stay in Goa. I would say probably the best place to stay in Palolem, however all the above comes with a big BUT… We stayed in 3 Hotels in 2 weeks all 5 star. Would I constitute ‘The Ark Comforts’ as 5 star? No, unfortunately. What they could do better? - When we arrived there was no one to check us in. It was all dark, lights off and no one to welcome us. 5 star hotels have 24 Hour receptions. We then had to find someone to check us in. - The Security Gentleman helped us out, let us into our room and we checked in the next day. - Breakfast is limited, very limited. The Juice on offer is not cold. I had to ask for ice everyday. The Cereal is stale. The options are not what you expect for 5 star hotels. - I made all 3 hotels we stayed at aware it was our Anniversary. The first 2 hotels, decorated our room, gave us a cake and drinks on the house. ‘The Ark Comforts’ offered a cake at 4000 IDR, personally very over priced. I was given 2 different prices for a Anniversary set-up, first was 6000, then 8000. I was highly disappointed that the prices changed. After considering the menu and seeing the setup in person, again I found this very over priced and cancelled. No where in our stay was our Anniversary acknowledged. Sadly. - We were offered a boat session at 8000 IDR. A nice looking boat but when you consider a traditional boat takes you out on the same waters and shows you the same thing for only 2000IDR, again, it’s very over priced. This boat moved twice in 5 days. - Happy hour is a great feature. If staff walked on the beach to customers, they would take a few more orders - This is 5 star service, not having to go and make your order. - Lastly the catering manager is great. A fantastic worker with great ideas. He needs to be listened to as to how to enhance the ‘The Ark Comforts’. - The Ark comforts has so much potential but no one seems to be stretching these to enhance the stay. - Don’t be surprised whilst having a shower if the electric and lights cut out, leaving you in the dark possibly covered in shower Gel and Shampoo. Apparently a generator is supplied but just not quick enough for a 5 star, I’m afraid. A fantastic stay. A memorable experience, but not 5 star. Would I stay again, 100%. When you book this place consider that you are paying for the location and view as opposed to service and amenities. Thank you to the Ark Comforts for a wonderful stay.

    "David and Karen Stay"

    I think it important to give detailed feedback so you can improve. It is a fine hotel with nice staff. We however stayed in a basic room - Gratitude and thought it very over-priced for the quality of comparable in Palolem. we have stayed in superior accommiodation in Palolem before. It was definitely not luxury as promised so we were quite disappointed. Specific items are: 1. Breakfast choice and quality very poor. No-one anywhere in the world has a chicken or veg sandwich for breakfast. Fruit offering weak. Hot items in buffet very weak. We didn\'t bother with it most days which was a shame as the beach view is fabulous. 2. Entertainment on Friday night was shocking! The music was of a really low standard. We had to leave. 3. The walls of the bedroom were very thin - you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and the kitchen. We were repeatedly disturbed and had to complain once. 4. Front door lock on room needs changing. 5. Patio door can just be opened by anyone as the RHS door is nor secured. 6. Dirty/rusty bath on the balcony is an eyesore. 7. When we left you had no showers or even a room to change in, only a dirty washroom with smelly urinal. We went to a bar on Palolem beach where they helped us with no problem. 8. Water pressure on the tap in the bedroom non existent. We had to brush teeth with bottled water and wash hands in the shower. 9. Route to Palolem beach can be dangerous. We had to buy a torch.

    Breakfast buffet was good but could definitely be improved (more variety of bread for example, some fresh cut vegetables like tomato, cucumber), cheese... Water filter somewhere to go and refill water bottle would be nice Sign at the beach to not use stairs of the cottages... People kept walking through our veranda from the beach.

    "Perfect location but overrated"

    Location very charming but the same price as Grand Hyatt Goa. Food is very poor, breakfast very poor, fan in the room very dirty and the airco is smelling unhealthy. The keysystem isn’t safe.

    The man at the frontdesk advised to book a taxi at 8 am for a flight at 1530 h from Dabolim. I think to clean the room when he wants. I didn’t accept and choose my own safe time at 10.30 and was there also 3,5 hours before the flight. It was an insane advise

    "FABULOUS STAY"

    we had 8 nights here , the room was lovely and the bathroom great , plenty of hot water and a great shower. The access to the main beach was fine?, shirt walk over the rocks or a tuk tuk rise that cost £2 . The staff made the experience, they were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Lovely people all of them . The two receptionist went a bive and beyond and always had a smile and poaative attitude. Thanks you x

    "Fabulous stay - great location on a beautiful beach "

    We stayed in the happiness chalet with a jacuzzi on the veranda it was amazing! Woke up every morning to a lovely sea view from the bed. The pool is right outside with a couple of steps down to the beach. Very helpful friendly staff & lovely food in the restaurant. Omelette with everything in for breakfast was delicious & Chicken Xacuti was tasty too. Palolem beach is just up the steps over the rocks and patnem is a 10 min walk through the paths so really handy for both. The beach is a lovely sandy cove with massive rocks and palm trees. I would love to go back!

    Way to pololem beach at night becomes tricky, if any rope way with lighting can be arranged in the nights it will be helpful. Parking is another problem.

    "Spoiled christmas holiday "

    Myself and all family including our 1 year old son got very serious stomach infection. We are still recovering from it after one week we left your place. All are taking course of serious medications with antibiotics. You should make thorough investigation of your place and restaurant.

    "Amazing stay"

    The location was amazing, the cleanliness was top notch, Staff were super nice and super helpful, beautiful view and very safe environment. Perfect for a pet or a family with young kids. The food was just amazing, hats off to the chef(s).

    Rooms: Super clean, bathroom were was super clean, jacuzzi was well maintained. Restaurant: Beautiful view, Super delicious food, Fresh and clean. Staff: Every one, I kid you not, everyone literally were just super nice and helpful. It takes an amazing team to actually work together like that. Something is really working well in that place and its appreciated. Amminities: The rooms were loaded with enough tea and coffee options, few complimentary snacks and drinks, toiletries and clean towels. Safely: We travelled with our super active 4 year old and it felt safe enough for us to monitor him from the couch outside the room while he was playing on the beach. Im sure its the same for pets too.
    Minor things that could improve: - The one really off looking cottage next to the beautiful cottages is like an eye sore. - More fans in the restaurant. - A rain shield in front of the porch as its difficult to sit on the couch if it rains.(for happiness suite)

    "Beautiful, small hotel directly at the beach"

    Small hotel with nice garden area around the cottages and beautiful rooms. Located directly at a small beach with only few people, you can enjoy a lot of privacy and incredible sunset views. The hotel restaurant (and room service) offers really good indian and international food, which is served by very friendly staff. I can highly recommend the cocktails there. We had 6 very nice days there and would definitely book it again and recommend the hotels to our friends.

    We had booked Ark through online research/ pics and reviews. Had no idea what to expect. But the whole place along with their staff made this a great vacation for us.

    We were 3 families with kids. Location: the place is literally on a private beach access and is very enjoyable. We have stayed at many locations in and around Goa this is hands down the best in terms of location. People: the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They are very friendly and take care of everything seamlessly. They have laundry service and cleaned our room every day. The pool is clean and is facing the ocean. Food: the in house restaurant is just an amazing option. It has tons of options and the service is great with great views. The breakfast was complimentary and was very good. Roshan and Saurav at the restaurant went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The best part of staying here is that you don’t need to step out of the property for anything.

    We stayed with 2 teenage children . The property is located at Southend of panolem beach overlooking a small secluded private like beach . The rooms are very comfortable, originally we checked into room Hope , it is right on beach and has amazing view . Due to some fan trouble we got upgraded to room destiny it’s on first floor not exactly on beach but enormous room with separate living area and two bathrooms Both rooms have very modern interiors , comfortable beds , clean, comes with jacuzzi, all toiletries , air conditioning , massage chair .

    Location, private beach dealing, sea facing restaurants and reasonable quality food , very friendly staff esp manager Jez and chef Roshan . Breakfast is not buffet but you can order multiple things from available options,
    Only thing I can say is internet quality is not great and it takes about an hour and half from airport to reach

    We couldn't have asked for a better setting, the hotel has it's own private beach which all the rooms point towards, so waking up to the ocean waves crashing in front of your bedroom, is beautiful!! The staff were brilliant, all super helpful and friendly. Palolem beach is a 2 min walk over some steps, and you have a variety of shops, restaurants and a 1.5km beautiful beach.     Let me first clarify regarding the negative reviews by some customers for breakfast and other things. The place is amazing having an exquisite location, small but creative interior decors, wonderful colour schemes and attention to detail of the chalet. Extremely cooperative staff, willing to help at all times. The restaurant is good with a sumptuous breakfast menu and nice preparation. The restaurant has a sea facing view and comfortable seating arrangements. The restaurant only lacks some live music and other attractions available nearby. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the stay.

    What can I say, the place, people and property, they're all stunning. The Ark Resort really is a little hideaway, situated in a small bay next to the busier Palolem beach, it provides a quieter location for a stay on the beach, with a restaurant closer to the sea than you will get locally.     Hi we stayed in the room love. Love the ambience and views from the room. Listening to sound of the waves while lying from the bed was like meditation I like the fact that the property is built in an eco friendly manner without much use of concrete. The vegetarian food was delicious. Only discomfort was that both veg and non veg were prepared in the same kitchen. Than you to yhe reservation staff we had earlier booked for Dec 2022 and due a death in the family we could not travel. Thanks for accommodating for a next date without canceling our booking . The staff was very warm and courteous. Special mention to T sorry don't remember her full name and Roshan and Swarupa. Best wishes to the team and I look forward to visit again

    "Nice Place"

    Good location, the first line on the beach in Palolem Very friendly staff, houses are the best on Palolem beach Unfortunately, breakfast is very limited and not tasty enough.

    "Amazing space "

    Lovely staff v kind. Room was Spacious neat and beautiful. Included breakfast was amazing. Plus you nearly get your own private beach as it’s hidden and secluded.

    "The real paradise.. beautiful place to stay"

    A beautiful stay and well maintained rooms. We booked Kindness and Hope a month before. But the disappointment is, we were told that rooms were occupied by the time we reached and offered us faith and affection. We got our rooms at 530pm in the evening with no power for next 45 minutes.

    Friendly and warm staff, awesome Location, Maintenance, Infinity pool, Jacuzzi, access to the beach, kid friendly, breakfast service
    Front office manager (male): Can be more professional in terms of commitment and tone. It was Hotel's mistake in not allocating the booked rooms. Food: This is a beautiful location and a very cordial staff. In-house food/restaurant can be more advantageous for guest instead of ordering food from outside or restricting to very limited Chinese menu that's served for dinner.
